Lentiviral vector-CMV, no selection contains  Multiple Cloning Sites (MCS) downstream of the CMV promoter, and does not have antibiotic selection marker., is suitable for applications that do not need antibiotic selection. Without any selection marker, this vector is relative small, allowing cloning genes of larger size. Clone your gene of interest into the MCS, then co-transfect with EZ-LentiPACK Packaging System into packaging cells, such as 293T to produce VSV-G pseudotyped lentivirus.
